Returns and Refunds

- Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to deliver them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@modusmoda.co.uk. If your order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or change the item.
- What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact our customer service team at info@modusmoda.co.uk and send us a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
- Which products cannot be returned? Products that have been used or are missing their original packaging, labels, or tags cannot be returned.
- Who covers the return shipping costs? We cover return shipping costs if the reason for the return is our fault (e.g., incorrect item, damaged, or defective). For other returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
- How long does it take to receive my refund? Once we have received your returned package, we will process your refund within 7 business days via your original payment method. Please note that your bank may require an additional 7 business days to credit the amount to your account.
