What payment methods do you accept?

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I return an item?

If you'd like to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. We also offer a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with UK and EU consumer rights.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We're sorry for the inconvenience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@modusmoda.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

Kindly include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange for a free return shipping label and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or any issue not caused by us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue is our fault, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Which items are non-returnable?

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa or MasterCard), and depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
